What A Wedding is a full service event planning company. We're available to plan and coordinate weddings of various sizes and styles, in addition to other celebratory events. We make it a point to remain on top of wedding industry trends by attending trainings, conferences, networking meetings and facilitating wedding-planning workshops.

Sharaye Hood is the lead coordinator and owner of What A Wedding. She has a flair for planning and designing and enjoys tapping into her creativity at any given opportunity. She began organizing programs and events in college. But, it was after interning as a wedding planner’s assistant that Sharaye found her true niche and combined her passion and skills to achieve her goal… the creation of What A Wedding! Sharaye’s expertise, sense of humor and calm demeanor has allowed numerous couples to feel comfortable with her and enjoy an organized and stress-free wedding day. So, let us do the same for you.
